How to best enjoy them
Our mozzarella, once purchased, keep well in the refrigerator at temperatures between 0 and 4°C for a period of 5 days from the date of production.
To best enjoy their balanced flavor, we suggest serving them after having removed them from the refrigerator for at least one hour.

Ciliegine Salad
In a bowl put together the Ciliegine di Mozzarella with whole black olives and the tomatoes cut into wedges. In a glass, emulsify the oil with the vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano. Dress the salad with this sauce. I garnish with the basil at the last minute because I like it nice and crisp.
