INGREDIENTS
- 250 gr of Nobili Ciliegine di Mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- Flour as needed
- Bread crumbs as needed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying

PREPARATION
Drain the mozzarelline and pat dry with paper towel.
Roll the Ciliegine di Mozzarella first in flour, then in the egg previously whisked with salt, pepper and other spices to taste and, finally, in the bread crumbs. Repeat the same process two more times in order to obtain a coating strong enough so as not to break while frying and not to melt the mozzarelline.
Heat abundant oil in a not too wide pan and as soon as the oil is ready, fully immerse the breaded mozzarelline. Cook for two minutes and as soon as they acquire a gold color, remove them from the oil using a slotted spoon and lay them on paper towel.
