How to best enjoy them
Our mozzarella, once purchased, keep well in the refrigerator at temperatures between 0 and 4°C for a period of 5 days from the date of production.
To best enjoy their balanced flavor, we suggest serving them after having removed them from the refrigerator for at least one hour.

Panetto on the griddle
Cut the Panetto di Mozzarella into slices. Put each slice of mozzarella first in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the bread crumbs.
Heat the griddle, arrange the breaded mozzarella and then pour a little oil on them. Let them fry for a few minutes without making them melt.
