Our diced mozzarella is ideal for catering professionals.

A high quality Italian product made with cow’s milk from our lands with the highest quality standards. All the typical milk taste of fresh mozzarella together with the practicality of the cubed cut for a high quality product able to satisfy all needs.

Its ability to melt perfectly makes it a suitable product for making baked goods, but it also goes well with it when used raw with aperitif products.

Given its ability to maintain its consistency even at higher temperatures, it guarantees top-level cooking performance during different periods of the year.

The product, ideal for pizzas, lasagne and stuffed for gastronomy and for cold dishes, is sold in convenient 2.5kg “tub” packs.

PACKAGING FEATURES

Mozzarella packaged in a preformed food tray preprinted with a trademark and labeling in accordance with the law. The product undergoes a “julienne” format strip cut, and is packaged in a 2.5 kg “tub” package. The packaging of the product is in a protected atmosphere guaranteed until the opening. The expiry date and the production batch number are printed indelibly above the cover film.
